You should lock this topic and made an official post that the problem is solved it's unfair for Cloudbet that this thread is still open you did the right thing changing the title from Scam accusation to Solved, now complete it by posting about the issue and locking it.

OP was already added to the topic (SOLVED), which clearly indicates the status of this issue. There is no need to open another topic about this case.
There is nothing unfair to Cloudbet, on the contrary, this proves that they still care about their customers and their reputation.
as far as I understand, this is the second time this has happened where their verification takes longer than expected. It’s okay to make sure everything is regular, I don't see a serious problem here, as long as they make the right decisions in the end.

how does it ruin the company name when the issue has been solved and the user who complained has been paid full of the price he thought that he was scammed? and yeah, rajatabbey1234 is correct that people should know what happened.

now I am curious why was this thread was moved on Bitcoin Discussion > Legal > when the thread was actually created as a scam accusation to cloudbet.

Excuse me. Why should I do that. I have written everything that's the truth and also written when they have given me the money. Whats written here is what happened so should be in front of everyone. It doesn't ruin the company name but people should atleast know what happened. Thanks.

Please bear with me if I cannot make you understand few things but it's all in the link I shared. So let me confirm all the things here step by step and you can see the link screenshots and can see the relevance:

1. I asked for a withdrawal from Cloudbet on the 12th of March for 25086 USDT which they haven't sent me and indeed blocked my account( screenshot of withdrawal requests are in the link that I shared).

2. They asked for verification documents that I sent immediately to them and they told me that they wil investigate my account/s and give me a decision(also in the link provided)

3. They asked me about any other account if I used and I told them about any account or accounts that I ever used on 15th March.

4. Since then I have only received replies which are kind of automated ones(on the emails - screenshots in the link)

5. Rest details are on there main link i.e. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.6980 (page 350-358)

As far as things in my knowledge I can give you these details and am trying to do everything to show people what misjudgement or negligence am going through. Please help me with this case as the money was my hard earned money and am really frustrated that I still don't have anything from it.
Also my deposits with them are about 42000 USDT AND 3.54 ETH which I lost and I recovered 25086 USDT which I tried to withdraw but they are still holding my withdrawal even after 40 days.

Ok, what I find as important things here
You asked Cloudbet about your withdrawal and his answer is here:

I messaged the Player Safety team so that they can expedite the verification process for you. The support team will message you as soon as there is an update.

mostly (from your email communication) they repeat the same thing, "your account is under review and be patient"



Also if I understand part of your communication with their support correctly, they told you here that everything was fine and that your transaction was ongoing? (It will be fine if you can confirm the date of this chat) I have singled out only two pictures from your album which seem important.

You wrote these things here but did you also write that I informed you already that I was unaware of the terms regarding accounts and after I received your email regarding the multiple accounts and informing you about my accounts that were irregularly opened? Its all in the album that I shared above and anyone can see the conversations that I had with you I don't have to hide anything because I have always played fair. Now regarding what happened let me explain in detail which I have mostly explained you on the email conversations:

1. My first and only account that I ever used till 15th FEBRUARY 2021 was the date after which I lost the 2FA for it.

2. Being unaware of multiple accounts Terms I made the other account (irregular one as your terms say) was created and used from 21st Feb to 5th March 2021 and was made through facebook and the deposits in that account are about 38000 USDT and 3.54 ETH and one withdrawal of around 7700 USDT. This was through facebook login. Never used it after 5th March 2021. PROOF below:

3.Last and recent one - Facebook access denied so I logged in through my Google account on the 11th March night time and deposited two times a total of about 4040 USDT and made a withdrawal request of about 25086 USDT just after 2-3 hours of creating this account after which you blocked my account and everyone knows what happened after.. PROOF below:

Please note that I don't have any allegations as such and just want my money back. I have seen cases like these when someone is unaware and you tell them as your terms say that ALL BETS OF IRREGULAR ACCOUNTS WILL BE VOID (loosing or winning) and you refund the deposits. In that case as I have given you the facts and everything you desired by March 16th aren't you taking too much time? If I seek or you give me my deposits also then my deposits in the irregular accounts as termed in your Terms are about 42000 USDT plus 3.54 ETH and one withdrawal of around 7700 USDT(IN THE TWO IRREGULAR ACCOUNTS OPENED UNKNOWINGLY ABOUT THE TERMS). I just know that I have played and mostly lost so atleast am eligible for my winnings here otherwise my deposits are far more than the withdrawal am seeking(which is my own winnings)

Also note that as any new account was created and used the old account was never ever used again as I couldn't access the last one..

I am going to tag them until they give a concrete explanation of what is going on here. on their trust page, I see several neutral feedbacks from DT members revised from the negative because of false accusation. that is why it is important to hear what is happening on their part.
In the end, if there something against the rule by your side, they should need to allow you to withdraw at least that part of the money which you are deposited there.


hey have already had a similar case, where they agreed to pay out user funds only under pressure

Theb    2019-02-20    Reference    Changing my negative feedback to neutral. Both Swofty and ginalli received the full amount of their withdrawals. Also Swofty admitted that it was his fault for the delay.

This tag to remind other members that Cloudbet has a history of holding withdrawals from players with big winnings. They will also ask for KYC for the process.

But we have one problem here, you did not post clear evidence of whats happened here. In the second post on this topic, user @acroman08 show you how really scam accusations need to look but you ignore this.
Your proof is a bunch of screenshots from chat, who has the will to read it this way? even if we ignore the fact that it is possible to manipulate there.

So, you can't expect any support until you present us with all the evidence. evidence that clearly indicates fraud, and for which it is not necessary to read miles of meaningless conversation. If you are not sure how to do it, check other topics in this section, and saw how other experienced members create scam accusations.

Fine. So I understood what you said but I played for about 2 hours only and won. I think the problem is something else here maybe some TOS or something. Anyways I gave them everything they desired and all I wanted is to get a timely investigation and timely withdrawal of my funds which is like taking ages now. 27 days complete.

About blaming them I have told them everything sent every document possible and all the things were completed by March 15th-March 16th. Now as you said bookmakers want to let players play and loose that could have been possible case with me as I would have done the same but my account was and is still locked and I have no access to it which is making me more curious. About the games you are talking I have usually only played two games ever i.e. bacarrat and dragon tiger and I don't know how would they be shady as I play those when I go physically to a casino as well(These were all live games like am in a casino physically) Am not worrying because I played a shady game or broke terms am worrying because it's my money and 25086 USDT isn't a small amount. I have lost about 38000 USDT and 3.54 ETH on Cloudbet and wasn't ever asked for the verification and no investigation for that but that day when I played for 4000 and won 21000, tried to withdraw 25086 USDT I seemed suspicious. If you see my case clearly and step into my shoes you would see a lot that you cannot observe right now.

maybe they are investigating how you won from  $4000 to $21000, usually online casinos have done this, when they realize that the person deposited little money and was able to gamble and turn the little money into profit of 3X or 7X or even more than that they retain the person's funds and start making investments to understand if the person did not cheat to earn that amount or seek to know if the person did not break the TOS. as this is a market that is a long way from government authorities, it is difficult for regulators to act so that all sites providing services such as casinos, exchanges, payment processors and even wallets respect consumer rights.

so you can only wait until the eternal verification has an outcome and they will tell you what they decide

As long as they did not confiscate your winnings/balance, you can not blame them for scam.
It is unusual that they take long time to complete the investigation. Usually bookmakers are trying to do this, hoping that customers can not control their nerves and cancel the witdrawal and waste their money with gambling.
However, there are more cases where bookmakers take a lot of time to finalize the verification. You are the only one who knows on which games you placed bets.
If you did not placed bets on shady games, and did not break any terms I should not worry about the situation.

 They never gave me an explanation to it. 25k USD is a big amount and am just waiting for there decision right now which they say that they are investigating my case all the way for 26 days and still I don't have an answer to it.

You should just never play there again because I have also heard a lot of problems with cloudbet, hopefully you get your money because 25k USD is a massive amount.

Also I have never held money there, I either put it and loose it at the same time or I just withdraw it if I win. Just that the person who has been through these type of things understands the real pain in waiting for own funds.  
I understand your frustration but there's nothing really you or I can do other than wait(or complain). looking at the recent post on cloudbet's ANN thread it seems that they are still communicating with you(at least there's that) regarding your issue. but to be honest 22 days is long just for verifying a KYC. I guess they taking a closer look at your case and checking if everything is correct. anyway, I hope your issue would be resolved soon.

I can understand what you mean to say but people have to understand that a person whose money is stuck with a website that he has been using for quite sometime is very very frustrating. My withdrawal of 25086 USDT which isn't a small amount still am being patient and not taking any other actions as I always believed that cloudbet could solve the issue and come at a conclusion soon. Although 23 days is a hell lot of time and I have seen other issues with Cloudbet in which they have solved these type of things in time but 23 days is a lot of time for checking a normal persons account whose just played only one type of game in casino mostly and nothing else. Also I have never held money there, I either put it and loose it at the same time or I just withdraw it if I win. I don't know what they are trying to verifiy with that withdrawal but waiting for 21 days is really not a common and acceptable thing. Also this user claims that he is regularly gambling on cloudbet where he lost more on many occasions so if they are suspicious with the login activity it won't take that much longer in my opinion.

To upload photos here first collect your evidence/photo, and upload them to an photo hosting site for example- imgur.com, ibb.co etc.
Then you will find a unique link for the photo, copy it and post here the link. (though the photo will not displayed here due to your forum rank, but people will see them by clicking on the link)

Also you should post the site link, forum profile link of the cloudbet, ann thread etc.

Okay so I have been waiting a lot for cloudbet to answer but the only answer what I get is that we will let you know when your verification is complete. Am fed up of the process and what I want is just my money i.e. 25086 USDT
