It is great that finally, you have received the rest of the funds of you. But I am confused about what's going on. They are really working fine or they are sending the fund to you to avoid loss of their trust. I think the price of crypto can be increased or decreased but for that, any gambling site can't pay because of the USD value but cryptos like BNB or others.

Yes. I contacted them yesterday and I received the rest of BNB today. The problem is, their support is too slow. If you inquire about something today, they cannot give you an ETA of the resolution time.

Today, I received the rest amount. But they did not reply to me via email or support. They silently sent it. The communication is important.


They use 3rd party to credit and release crypto deposits and withdrawals (Fulgurpay). I believe there was an issue with the conversion rate. Earlier, I deposited USD 51 but they credited me USD 63. I contacted them to fix it. I posted it here as well.

I have understood the reason of not unlocking the thread. I think it is perfect as you have withdrawal several days ago and recently the price is too low. I think the USD value is lower as the price drop. But if you can see the withdrawal BNB amount is less than the receive amount then there is something wrong.

I am pretty sure you guys did not notice the recent development. They had some issues with deposits earlier. Yesterday they marked my $85 withdrawal as paid but I received $68. Please check my previous post.

As your problem has been solved and the problem with their site is already fixed I can't find any reason to keep the topic open for discussion. I think it is better to lock the thread to avoid unexpected comments.

I am positive. There is no cash bonus except for free spins. They have a cash bonus but that's a 50% deposit bonus which has a 30x wagering requirement. I am kinda regular there so I am aware of their promos.

Another incident happened and I am frustrated now.
I had USD 85.16 withdrawal request since 19th August (The day I deposited again to check if they have fixed it). Today they released the withdrawal with Mark as paid but I received 0.3141 BNB which is USD 68.32. So my 16.84 USD is missing from there. They have the worst support that always collects data and never comes back to the clients. If this continues to happen, fuck me!

Ok, this question might sound stupid, but... are we sure it is a glitch and not something like a deposit bonus promo and the likes? I tried to toy with the amount, counting in a rounding error, the number is indeed around 20%, it's a tad bit too precise for a random glitch and, IMO, more like a bonus?

They banned you from Telegram because they already know about the bug from your email so they don't think it's important to keep you in their group. If a casino ignores their customers' complaints like this, it's really unacceptable that they're ignoring such a serious issue. Since they are ignoring your complaint, there is nothing you can do if they face financial damage. It's good that your problem is solved, so you don't have to worry about other things anymore, they will take care of themselves.

The funny thing is I did not get any reply yet via email. Their live support responded after 20 hours. Moreover, I got banned from their telegram group in return. I just posted, "Can someone from Crashino official contact me? I found a bug" in their telegram group, and boom. I was banned. LOL

Here is what I did so far....

I sent them an email describing how I received the extra funds.
I knocked on their live support four-five times.
I knocked on them via Telegram.
I ask efialtis to contact them; I also knock him on Telegram.
I posted in this forum. Unfortunately, I did not get any reply from anywhere yet 

Once they fix it, I will reveal what was the issue.

These are the reasons why it is good for customer care service to be very much active online responding to clients or customers complaints. Here too is the same thing as their representative is barely seen online.
Possibly efialtis can get in touch with them if he did it before, they can respond to him since he is a reputable member here and know by the casino.

No, I don't think anyone other than efialtis did. Or, if anyone do, I don't think they managed to get in touch with Crashino's representative, given their last online activity was in 18 April, months ago. Your best shot will be to try to ask efialtis to reach them again.

As you know, everything went fine.
Today I deposited again and found a bug where the platform is at risk of financial damage.
I could have withdrawn the funds. The fund is not significant in my case, but others can misuse it.
I tried to contact support and their telegram as well. Live support is offline.
Could anyone please ask them to contact me via the forum or ask their live support to come online if you have contact with them?

Please consider rereading the OP for detailed info. I believe they were forced to credit my winnings because of this topic and efialtis. However, one of my friends also contacted Crashino regarding this case.

As they have credited your winning then there is no reason for not giving you to withdraw. As it is in pending to be withdrawn you should wait for it. I think it is already completed if they are instant service. I think you could get the same result if you could contact them and wait for the solution.

Crashino people got back to me and just informed me that you will be paid in full.

Long story short.

I deposited $50 and received 100 Free spins as a deposit bonus. I won $110 from that free spins. My total balance was $161. I requested a withdrawal and they cancel it asking for KYC. I did KYC and played again with this $161. I used "Buy free spins" in Kraken's sky bounty game and won another $112 from this game. After this session, my balance was $230.19, and requested to withdraw them all. Crashino.com send $150 to my wallet and $80 was deducted from my balance.

The support agent said

The maximum withdraw-able amount from the winnings generated from ANY no deposit bonus (cash, free spins, free money bonus with wagering, loyalty points etc) is 100$ or equivalent currency. If the wins are generated from ANY bonus that is tied to a deposit (reload bonus, deposit free spins, etc), the withdraw-able amount is 250$.”

Well, even if they consider all the winnings were from free spins, still it does not exceed the $250 limit.

The problem is; I am stuck in a loophole. Every time I contact them, I have to explain why it was a mistake and they say they forwarded it to the team and they never come back.

It's not rocket science to check if a user made a deposit or not. The only thing they need to check is if it was tied with a deposit bonus or not. At first, they needed a KYC, and now they have nothing to ask for. I provided the KYC because the amount is kinda good.

The screenshot of the conversation explained it quite clearly, OP deposited 50$, got a promo bonus of 100 free spins from that deposit, and won 110 USD from it.

I didn't get what the OP's saying about $50 deposits or free spins. The only part I've understood was he's owed $80. OP's said he's received $150 but his balance was $230.19 so he's $80 missing.

It's obvious they made an error if it's not an error they will not do a re-investigation and will stand on their terms it's a miscalculation of your winnings, you deserve that $80 and you should receive, failure to do so will make this accusation valid if they are reading this accusation, I hope you made it aware that this thread exists, they should resolve this as soon as possible, it will not harm their finances if they give you your $80, but the reputation will be in question because of this miscalculation.

Not sure why you brought up this matter and what does it have with case in hand. All the red tags he got are for ban evading not for scamming. Besides, even if he was a scammer, this does not give the casino the right to scam him and steal his rightfully earned money.

It's full of confusion, the answer given to you by their support team is actually true, I checked their T&C and confirmed. But according to their T&C gamblers can withdraw $250 earned from bonus, free spins but wondering why your balance has been deducted. Only the gambling site's team can explain this properly, but their representative on this forum has been offline for a long time. Now you need to keep in touch with their support team, update here what they conclude.

Huh? Do you even know what are you talking about? Are you sure that I have scammed someone? The only thing I did is disrespected the forum rules by evading the ban. My account was unbanned later and I am not evading the ban anymore. I got several tags because of the mistakes I did in the past. Several other accounts are evading the ban and the only difference between them and me is they were not exposed yet.

However, I am the one who is misunderstood by the forum community. People learn from their mistakes. I have learned things but I was not given a 2nd chance by the community even though the forum's officials decided to give me a 2nd chance. Breaking forum rules seems like the end of the world here.

Anyway, this is not the topic. Do you know what it's called when someone comments on a matter that he is not aware of? It' signature spammer.

The whole story is just confusing, and I doubt your report will be given much attention given to your own personal scam history on the forum, but whatever it may be, lucky you, you were able to grab some of the winnings and your deposit. Just consider the $80 that was withheld as them, the casino owners, taking back their bonus that was given to you. And even in the said casino profile you dropped here, the account handler has not been active since April 18, 2023, so I also doubt they will come and respond to this accusation.
You can try sending them a personal PM; maybe an email notification might draw their attention back to this forum.

it was clear in the support's response to your chat that withdrawable winnings generated from a deposit bonus free spins are $250. it's possible that it is a misunderstanding on their side, even the support knows that is why they forwarded it to another team for a recheck.

sadly their representative here seems to be inactive, so can't really ask them on the forum about the case.

What happened:: Crashino.com corrected down $80 from my winnings.

The Crashino saga started again! I have been there for two years, and I am not regular there. But I still play there because of their good promotions. They offer generous bonuses each Friday. With their delayed payment habit, I started gambling again in the last two months. A few days ago, I won $110 From my deposit bonus free spins, and they triggered KYC because of that. They send me an email asking for the documents, which I send within an hour. Then I noticed they canceled my withdrawal, and my funds were on my Crashino balance. I decided to play again, and I got another good win. Then I requested another withdrawal while I was still waiting for KYC verification. Their support said it may take up to 24 hours. I contacted their support again, and they said no documents were uploaded to my account. FYI, there is no option in Crashino to upload your documents. They requested to send the documents to [email protected], which I did a few days ago.

I contacted efialtis through Btcgosu.com, and he also contacted them.

After a few hours, I received a $150 withdrawal. My withdrawal was $230.19; they paid $150 and deducted the $80 without explaining. I contacted the support agent to know what could be the reason. FYI, I was triggered KYC, which seems I passed.

Their response is;

“Thank you for waiting. Please be informed that according to our Terms and Conditions section 12.10 The maximum withdraw-able amount from the winnings generated from ANY no deposit bonus (cash, free spins, free money bonus with wagering, loyalty points etc) is 100$ or equivalent currency. Then their support asked me to wait, and they later said they would inform me via email. It's been three days, and I contacted them six times in the last three days. I am stuck in a loophole now.
