I didn't claim the welcome bonus on the new account.
Yet you created 2 accounts and that is against the rule , either you claim the bonus or not the problem is you violated a TOS.

But i believe FortuneJack is generous enough if you can prove your legitimacy and being now a cheater.

I understand what youre saying and your probably right. To be clear the $800 In deposits was within a week or so.

But that's beside the fact. I do not expect to be paid. If I do great.. if I don't that's great too. Probably save me more money in the long term anyhow.

I do believe that you already did contact them. You should never refrain from mentioning that you did **loose that account**, using multiple accounts are banned because sometimes users try to outsmart the casinos and claim things like : first bet free , 10% back etc at the same time they might also use these for double booking or this stuff. Right now since your account was lost and it was not a case of multiple accounts. because you clearly are not using them at the same time. They should resolve your issue and help you with the new account with banning the old one permanently.

that's normal because we might forget the old account
That's the reason we have "forget password" for this some case~XD.

For the @OP just keep in contact with FJ to find the best solution for you and how the FJ handle this case, since the this case also violated from their ToS so just hope you got a good result same as @Beparanf.

Honestly sometimes I don't even remember if I did have multiple accounts on the same site since with a lot of mails and everything sometimes it just slips off the mind. Therefore I believe OP did make an honest mistake since it was done YEARS after. Therefore they should consider his case to be an exception and leave him after a fair warning..

Hope everything gets resolved.

They asked me to my ID and selfie holding the ID. I sent that to them this morning.
asking your ID wasn't assured you of them paying you back , they asked for your Identification for formality and legitimacy of your KYC but the Issue of  Multiple account is still there and need to be engaged and settled .
Indeed that you did not intend to cheat or to do anything bad against the site but Rules are rules mate and that is another Issue aside from your ID sending.
and it is clear that you Knew about House rules because you are a literal gambler because depositing 800$ at once is a proof that you mean to gamble.
so having all this why still create new account and did not try to contact the support or email the team first if it's ok to create new account ? you Know this is coming mate yet you still did managed to gamble, so Expect no assurance of getting your fund .

What is it that you claim and on which account? Your statements are confusing me. You did not claim welcome bonus on new account, but on the same account you claimed free spins? Though, I told you already that it does not matter if you claimed it or not, if you have withdrawn anything from your old account that was out of a bonus, then you will face problems ahead.

Haha welcome bonus is a deposit bonus 100% of the total deposit while 25 free spins is an added bonus without the need to make any deposit
The difference of 2 years between the old account and the new account is not really a reason to cheat the casino that's normal because we might forget the old account

Have you already contacted their support while waiting here, it will I guess the best option too and maybe you have luck on that.

I never doubt this gambling platform, they will surely pay you as I read early in your post that you did not do anything. The problem is when you have disobeyed the tule of the terms and conditions but it seems you are not based on your previous post, so don't worry. If ever your problem will be solved soon, please let us know here.

I think that the worst thing that can happen is that they claim your winnings and lock both of your accounts. In this scenario, you should get the deposited money back. They will investigate and check when was the last time you used your old account and it you have any other account you didn't mention. The one thing I see as being potentially troublesome is the fact that you claimed the welcome bonus with both accounts. The welcome bonus is supposed to be used once per player. If they consider that to be an abuse of the bonus system, you would be out of luck.

P.s on the new account I didn't use any bonus other than the free spin claim after email/phone verification

This could be a problem if your old account has claimed the free spins ,can you make sure your old account doesn't claim free spins?
For cashback I don't think it's part of the promotion I see this program in almost all casinos. however I wish you all the best.

I think it also depends on the type of promotions they were running at that time and now? Because even if free spins were claimed, games may be different and if Op didn't misuse FJ's promotions by "withdrawing from old account through the use and growth of free spins' funds", then they are eligible to use the site normally.

The free spin promo is still active until now for every new user who verifies email and phone number

Yes, I agree with you but sometimes they make it an excuse to hold funds, the point is they are very sensitive to new users requesting a withdrawal I mean only for the first withdrawal.

I cant get into my old account. Havnt logged in to it for nearly 2 years I'm pretty sure.

I don't even have access to the email I used for that account.
You should have communicated the same to their customer support in order to ensure there wouldn't be any multiple accounts related issues. Their TOS does help them in this regard.

I guess you could recover your funds as long as the FJ team can verify that you didn't cheat or take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts. Keep communicating with them regularly in this forum and on their site.

Irrelevant I'm sure but I think I won about $6 with those free spins lol

Regardless of what you have won in any of your accounts, if you won it on both accounts then it may be a problem. If not, then your new account is fine.

Awesome. I'm feeling a little more calm now.

Fingers crossed

Thanks again

P.s on the new account I didn't use any bonus other than the free spin claim after email/phone verification. No welcome deposits or anything. And I received like $50 cashback from lost deposits promotion. But I spent that on slots and ended with a $0 bankroll.
Well, that is right, --you can sit and calm down now while waiting with the FortuneJack will respond on this.
You don't need to worry because you did abuse their system like sending funds to each other and using the bonus. It is indeed a good gambling site and I can vouch for this that they do the best to maintain their reputation clean and serve better on their users. The most that I liked is, there is no withdrawal fees and they covered all of that.
However, I say, good luck to you, and I hope you can able to recover that account and give us an update here.

Don't worry, As long as your new account is not affiliated to your old account and you didn't claim any welcome bonus, I'm sure FJ will reconsider your case since your old account can be considered as lost account because you are not using that anymore for a long period of time.

I encounter this same to them and they just terminate my old account after verifying that I really don't use the old account anymore. Chill out dude and keep us updated on your case.

Proof of FJ resolve on my case same as yours:

Best of Luck

Ok fair enough. I deleted the question in the ANN thread you speak of. I'll just be patient. I'm not worried about unknown discrepancies. I know I've never done anything wrong or illegal. (Other than opeening that new account last week) I should have just emailed them and tried to get access to my old account. Hopefully we can fix this. I'll just be patient.

Thanks everyone. Was just sitting around here couldn't get it off my mind. Regardless of the outcome It feels good to have had a discussion with you folks about it at least.

Actually, you violated their TOS. You have to contact with their support before opening the 2nd account and ask them about the issues of your old account.
Now, they reserve the right to pause your accounts. But if they want then they can resume your account again.
FJ is a fair gambling platform and they are user-friendly with fast support service. If you are really transparent and your words come true, then I believe that they will refund your funds after checking your documents, You don't have to spam on their ANN thread, just wait for their reply, Hopefully, they will give you a satisfactory reply. If not then you can mention their forum representative to this thread.

^ I saw you are reaching them on their ANN thread, probably it would be better if you will lock this thread for a while.
For faster response send PM to their PR, https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/fortunejack-303298 (FortuneJack). It is better to have patiently wait and relax for a while after contacting the FJ team.

Will FJ payout after seeing my ID or am I just going to have to cut my losses and never play there again??

Thanks for your insight.
Dont worry about it buddy as long you didnt make any shady bets or activities out there then you shouldnt mind much on not on getting paid.
This is just a casual security feature of gambling sites against multiple accounts where they do normally hold out withdrawals once the
system detect out the same IP or multi-accounts.Basing off with fortunejacks reputation then they wont really be scamming out
people on just $800 of worth. All you do need is to wait up.

This is a question that only FJ can answer and I think that if you have provided them your real documents and never had any multiple accounts there, this issue will get sorted out soon. I don't know why such complains are rising against old established gambling websites every now and then.

^ I can consider FJ is a part of a good gambling site in here running for how many years, probably they will payout you after seeing your ID since you are not simultaneously using the other account and you did not open a long time ago that you have said 2 years. If they allow your request, your very lucky because that is considered as breaking their rules as the TOS stated.
Nevertheless, try to convince them calmly, don't be just arrogant harassing them to make the payout rush, they need to have investigation either regarding your accounts if there is a transfer of fund happens.

The old account was LEFT in good standing afaik. Just dorment. Attached to an email I no longer have access to. As much as I hate to admit this, the old account had exponentially higher losses with only a few or less cash outs.

I played a lot of slots and very rarely used bonuses and would normally play until the bankroll was spent, against just my better judgement.

I never participated in any illegal activity .. was just a means of entertainment and thrill mostly.

I would love to continue playing there. If I don't get this payout of course that will prevent me from ever going back to play whether or not it was my (honest mistake) or not.

Technically they can refuse to pay you, because you violated their ToS. If a) your old account wasn't restricted/limited/banned and you bypassed that by opening a new account and b) you didn't claim some bonus offering with the new account, then I think you will get paid. Because then it's just some minor issue and you have been honest about it.
I would ask them to close one of the account afterwards then to prevent any issues for the future.

Update: Within 48 hours the discrepancies have been settled and FJ paid out, closed the old account and have given me 100% trust in this site.

I had an old FJ account which I havnt used in probably 2 years. Last week I decided to play on fortunejack so I made a new account and proceeded to deposit and play after verifying my email and phone .

I've deposited close to $800 usd in mostly LTC

Yesterday I hit on slots and attempted to cash out $700/4ltc from the site.

Today I get an email with a warning about multiple accounts.

I submitted my ID as they requested and admitted to having the older account. I never once abused or played on multiple accounts simultaneously.

Will FJ payout after seeing my ID or am I just going to have to cut my losses and never play there again??

Thanks for your insight.
