Sorry for the misunderstanding, but I never offered you any marketing services. I am very glad that your company is legitimate, I had a few suspicions about the possibility of a fake team, but now everything is clear. Thank you, the topic is closed.

witcher_sense, let me clarify some of the questions and accusations you have.

The team is not fake, you’ve already contacted the CEO and CTO on LinkedIn and you offered your marketing services and we respectfully declined.

Yes, Joseph Browne is helping the company build an online community and if a previous company he helped turned out to be a scam it doesn’t mean that he is.

As the gentleman stated above. Yes, we are registered in Tallinn Estonia, therefore Housinet does not fall under the SEC jurisdiction.

Our mailing address is a UPS store, same as any other company that use a PO BOX.

Thanks for bring the Fiat issue to our attention, that was a miscommunication issue and we are working on resolving it.

Let us know if you have any other questions and I will be happy to answer them for you.

I don't know about other claims, but in their FAQ they mentioned that they are registered in Estonia, they just have office in Florida. So I guess that's why they don't fall under SEC jurisdiction.

In fact, I have not found any information about registration, I know that the company was established in Tallinn, but there is no more information.

There is only an American address that leads to the store.

The only thing I know for sure is that they are lying in their FAQ, you cannot buy tokens using fiat, so all these purchases are made without bank transfers.

It may seem suspicious why team members do their best to avoid any mention of the Housinet ICO project.

Or they just don't get involved, then everything becomes clear.

But not everyone avoids mentioning this project. If you find this company in LinkedIn, you will see another team member

https://www.linkedin.com/company/housinet/people/

As you can see, only one member of the team has posted this project on his page, but this member is not listed on the website. Very confusing.

This person is involved in a fraudulent ICO, you can find more information about it here (thanks to JollyGood): SCAM ALERT: Cryptoknowmics Token Sale

One more thing. According to the information posted on their website in the "Frequently asked questions" section:

Their project does not fall under the jurisdiction of the SEC, although the office is located in the United States.
