While googling, I saw a similar topic on this board
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/roger-vers-bitcoin-games-possible-scam-5173010
so now I post here as it looks like only public attention makes that guys move.

What happened
On Monday I have created an account on Bitcoin Games (games.bitcoin.com). I thought it was trusted because of the bitcoin.com domain and advertisement on top websites.
So I have made a deposit of 0.098 BTC to it. The transaction got a lot of confirms, but even in several hours the deposit did not appear on Games account.
To check the address, I have tried to send a SECOND little transfer to same address - 0.001 BTC and it immidiately appeared on account.

I have contacted their customer support by email and posted on their board.
Here is the topic https://forum.bitcoin.com/post288793.html

They have recognized the problem (by email and on their board), but told me that they have "some backend issues".
And promised to help me once they fix it.

Today it is almost 3 days since I made the transaction, and the problem is still not solved.
They confirm the existence of the transaction. I write them every day, and they promise to fix everything asap, but there is still nothing done.
I am worried so I post here. I publicly ask them to release my funds.

Amount Scammed: 0.098 BTC (about 1000 USD)

I am ready to provide all necessary additional information (access to email, account, etc.) to a trusted person it required.
Thank you.

It's too soon to call them scammers. You can call them "unprofessional service" since they are working with your issue for 3 days but not scammers yet.
Scammers are taking users funds and are working to resolve the problem for one year. Then they are locking accounts of users that starts to complain.

Hope you will get your funds back. For now on everything looks ok. They admitted that they have "some backend issues" and are working on it.

Contact @yahoo62278 on telegram for marketing
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/memorydealers-10310 you could message his account on here for additional response.

I agree that 3 days is too long a wait for them to fix something they have admitted is an error on their end, but it's not really a scam unless they don't pay you.

Might have been better to post in reputation or on Roger's forum in their games thread.

Hopefully you get the issue resolved soon

I see you are in a good position. Since they admitted their issue then why not give them the time they are asking for? Give them few more days and let them fix the issue. Sometimes technical issues take time to find and resolve.
