@Op never trusts this user. I think this user is a probable scammer who may take info and try to scam you. Cause stake.com will not allow third parties to interfere with you. And also this person has only a single post which is regarding helping you. It seems to me that this person has an alternative account and this account has been created to scam people.

So you created an account today and the first thread you say was this and start off by asking the complainants details? You are clearly a scammer looking to capitalize on OP's situation

Let me guess, you are going to ask him a service fee advance, so you will "help him unlock his account" which of course you are not going to do.

We here can only offer suggestions and recommendations but this guy @WhyStakeWhy is offering help, what he can possibly do but all those you've mentioned and may I add he may try to deceive OP that he is part of the Stake support team and could ask OP's details.
Whatever his intentions are I advise OP to be wise not to fall into this, only the support team can answer, address and solve your issue, and don't trust outsiders.

I doubt you are anyone from Stake. It's known to everyone who are official from Stake. I am going to leave a negative on your profile until you provide some vouch from any official of Stake.

Like what? Fake KYC? Or to send the amount they tried to WD to you? Or relinguishing their locked account to you?



OP, I am strongly suggest you to stay away from this user above. I don't think whatever they offered to help is within the realm of acceptable by Stake. Like noorman0 said, Stunna's help will be more credible. Try to reach them.

I doubt the capacity of a third party to help recover the op's case because I think it can only be done by stake.com's KYC department that the op needs to complete first.

Stunna's help should be more credible than the offerings of other users on this site.

Hello everyone, I would never have thought that I would be complaining about Stake due to it having a good reputation.

But recently they put my account in ''Withdrawal only'' mode, but the problem is that I still can't withdraw or bet, how is it ''Withdrawal only'' mode? if the user can not withdraw?

A support agent told me that I had problems with clause 4 of the ToS regarding KYC, but when I asked again he couldn't tell me if this was the reason I couldn't withdraw.

Anyway, I don't know how to proceed and it's a complete mess for a casino of this size

If there is anyone who has had experience with this matter or any agent wants to help me .. thanks for the help
You have withdrawn only mode means you can not operate anything except withdraw. But you can not withdraw as the fund is on hold by the site due to the KYC process. To withdraw funds you have to pass their KYC to avoid money laundering and abuse or something like that.

You've already posted this on their thread, just wait until they give you a response before you make another thread, especially in the scam accusations board. Their support is quite active so I doubt you need to wait that long. If that doesn't solve your problem and they did something that looks like a scammy move, you can bump this thread and post more details about it.

seems like they are asking you to do KYC and the only way to proceed here if you want to get your deposit/winnings is to do their KYC. I've seen a similar case in the past where stake.com put the account of a gambler into "withdraw only mode" ask them to undergo a KYC procedure.

First, you need to follow the right format when creating a scam accusation just use this format without providing enough information about your case you cannot validate your accusation additionally post screenshots of the email or your chat with the support, contact the official representative here to make aware of the accusation
