Maybe the yellow one doesn't show to us but it shows on non registered users or if you are not login but the red one will always show with or without login.

I wasn't logged out in one of the tabs while viewing the goods board, so I wasn't seeing the warning banner on some scammer's post and thought it was some glitch.
