I think it is because of hard fork from developer ETH, so we can not make withdrawal or sending ETH. As we know developer of ETH is making second hard fork for ETH.

No that's not the case. If you check BTC-e's ETH wallet address you can see they continued to process other withdrawals well beyond my "failed" withdrawal. You can check that out yourself here -> https://etherscan.io/address/0x91337a300e0361bddb2e377dd4e88ccb7796663d

BTC-e seem to have been selectively scamming for a long time.

point them to this thread and hopefully a bit of bad press will make them sort it out properly.

Thanks but not sure if it will work. It looks like they have become greedier lately and from the number of recent reports here -> http://bittrust.org/btc-e they may be vary well raising their "scaminess" index.

Will post there shortly too.

i only used them once, and it was a big mistake due to their account restriction if you have a new IP address. worst problem if you needed the money and you are traveling then you login on your account and trying to withdraw and cant do a thing due to their restriction rules for new IP used.
