I am quite surprised, even though Coobinhood has closed their exchange for a long time, but this year you can retrieve the balance in Coobinhood. I think this is a very professional team in dealing with this, even though they have told you this from the start by email.

But if this way they can solve the problem then I think if others still have balance there can do this way you can wait a few days for the team to track it down.

But I'm glad you shared your story here.

I sent a first mail 09 Jan 2021, then a second one 13 Jan 2021.

I got a first reply 14  Jan 2021:

Good thing that their team solved it. I was curious about how long it took to help you. Did it take a long time with the support that you received? Just posting after ~12 days and resolving? I don't think it's good customer service in total if that's what happened. I hope you share it here, OP.

Hi,

I would like to transfer my tokens from cobinhood (Forget about them until now :d)

The problem is that in the refund page, there is the same address and key for all the tokens but the balances are correct.

Do you think it's a bug ?

is it possible to find the address of a token with the balance?

I tried to contact them with no success
