Thanks for popping in mate, I don't think it a problem with the Operating System. I am using Windows 10 though and I said earlier I am using another keyboard which is functioning well at the moment. I don't know what is really wrong with this Logitech ultra flat keyboard.

What is your operating system? I haven't used this keyboard but if some keys are not functioning it could be an OS problem, there's also a possibility that the problem is with the drivers.

Is there a required driver for that kb that you have to download on their official website? have you tried downloading it?

Hey guys, for some weird reasons for which I don't understand the top row of my Logitech Ultra Flat keyboard is locked. so basically, from the letter Q to P none of these alphabets are not functioning. Frankly speaking, I don't know what buttons I mistakenly pressed to cause this but I need help solving this. Currently using an old one which makes my knuckles hurt like crazy. Let me know if there is any help in solving this.

All other keys are functioning except the range of keys I mentioned and this is why it makes me believe it's locked in some way.
