overreaction - not
giving spiteful merit to scammer- true
good job, oh wise one
thanks!
People should always use escrow. I'm not saying that a broken clock isn't right twice a day or that scammers don't exist here. If you go around calling everyone a scammer, you'll get a few right. I'm saying that is a shitty atmosphere to be a part of and as evidenced from this thread your whining about this guy not wanting to do business with you did nothing to stop someone from attempting to do business with them and from protecting themselves in the process so no harm was done. Don't think you somehow saved anyone here. All you did was spread negativity. As someone who isn't a scammer and has also seen this treatment from you, I can say that you're nothing more then a little boy crying wolf. Keep crying if you want, but I don't think it has the effect you think it does.
Now you have a reason to leave negative trust, not because he made the wise decision to ignore you. Something I should have done long ago you weasel.
It’s sad a so called “long time trusted member and former treasurer” can’t admit when they are wrong.
You are now trying to twist this into "he should have used escrow", funny after you gave this scammer 5 merits.
What was your reason for giving 5 merits for a random post about not being able to reply due to limits which were already addressed previously?
well stupid ass thing only 2 pm's per day you just bought it send me a PM with contact info outside cuz PM's are not working for me.
So you give this person 5 merits for asking to take the deal off the forum? I’m pretty sure that some elementary 101 stuff we are told and tell others NOT to do! Plus their Pm’s were working fine as stated
only 2 pm's per day
I have been in a couple of back and forths with them, with plenty of time between the 2 PM a day period.
You are setting a terrible example for newcomers who see another person who’s been here for years try and “weasel” as you call it out of his bad decision when you injected yourself into this conversation and were 100% wrong, bad form man.
We are aware you are targeting newcomers to try and shill your old and tired products, and that is most likely the reason you are meriting up newcomers with baseless and dangerous posts (to take deals off forum) without regard for the safety of the community.
And no matter how many “fan club seats” you give away to try and make yourself look good in the eyes of the unknowing, you aren’t fooling anyone.
As far as calling everyone a scammer, nope sorry, the few people I have actually called out over the many years I've been a contributing member and trusted source, were indeed scammers.
That's not my mission or goal here on bitcointalk. I'm not part of your social credit score paranoia, nor scam hunter/buster group or whatever.
I have done plenty of deals on here in both hardware and collectables with zero issues, trust related or otherwise, I don’t think you can say the same thing for yourself though, can you?
As someone who isn't a scammer
This is highly (and has been) debatable actually. - funny you need to say it as if you are thought to be one by default.
I'm saying that is a shitty atmosphere to be a part of and as evidenced from this thread your whining about this guy not wanting to do business with you did nothing to stop someone from attempting to do business with them and from protecting themselves in the process so no harm was done. Nope sorry, this is all wrong, nice try on the twist though Mr. Checkers. By calling out a newbie on a few obvious and standard red flags by myself and now another trusted member and escrow, may save someone for a load of hurt down the road, sad that you honestly think otherwise after being around for a bit. Or maybe this is your way of deflecting from the fact that you can’t admit you were wrong? Sad to see regardless.
Now you have a reason to leave negative trust, not because he made the wise decision to ignore you. Something I should have done long ago you weasel.
Wise decision, ok sure – happy he was so wise that I didn’t get scammed and lose any money, what a great guy
As far as the ignore part and name calling it’s sad to see an old, ‘used to be liked and trusted’ escrow fall so far from grace.
Have a nice one!
