Kraken has taken the step and planned to implement Bitcoin Lightning Network in the upcoming year. It's great as Kraken is one of the major exchanges. but I never tried all of the lists, do with your own risk.

I'd love a list of such LN services and categorize it into services, gambling will be a very popular one in this forum but I think exchanges are really where the fees have hurt people. Can't imagine the more popular ones getting on LN however, when segwit has been a struggle to adopt.

I has been scammed by one investment platform's before and I nearly damage myself because of the money involve,I will not advice any one to go into any forum or platform to invest without carrying out a proper investigation.

I'm planning of listing services which allow payments with LN as well. I just have known that microbet.fun allows sport bets with LN which I think a good solution on recent increase of fee.
What do you think? Should I change the title of this thread and list all in one thread or just create another thread to list other services while keep exchange list seperate? Any idea would be welcomed.

I believe this has to do with their security precautions.

I understand they keep track of their wallet balance as per the blockchain, and compare that balance to total wallet balances as per their business records. I can't speak to their current specific procedures, but my presumption is if there is a large enough variance, they will stop processing withdrawals, and stop crediting deposits until they figure out what is wrong.

They probably have similar safeguards in pace for LN balances.

It is easier to keep track of various coin balances, and troubleshoot any problems they encounter if all balances are kept separate.

That's not true. LN will give us savings on fee, that' true but you know you can never get BTC transferred into your wallet instantly. Exchanges require confirmation, fee is too high sometimes. Overall, with LN, the goal is to not saving fees only; you can send/receive BTC more frequently when needed. Moreover, exchanges can adjust the withdrawal fee, not the network fee which sometimes go much higher; for instance during 2017.

Bitfinex is well known that that bitstamp in my view. I have been using bitfinex for as long as 2015, weren't Tether company related to them?

The rest in the list is pretty much unknown, I can only say be careful when it picking up which platform all because you want to save few satoshis from the transaction fee due to them using LN. Exchanges today I think will adjust their fees after all BTC goes 10k

From the list above, I have no idea about SouthExchange, other than this, rest exchanges are so far well known and have no much of reputation issue I have seen. Bitstamp is one of the good and most used exchanges. Bitfinex isn't much popular though.
Others are swap site with a good reputation. There's no problem with these exchanges. Nevertheless, one must check and verify the legality before they use any service.

Lightening networks have really made bitcoin transactions much more easier and faster. We do not need to wait hours to see confirmation on the network in order to start trading onto the exchange but with lightening network we could see the coins reflected into our account after a few minutes of sending the transaction.

Isn't this something great about bitcoins and hence it might also be occupied by most of the exchanges because we cannot really afford to lose time in terms of trading with bitcoins or any other coins because the high volatility nature of those coins can make instant pump or dump and hence we do need to be instant and LN are best solution in this case. But, I am a bit concerned about the list of exchanges your mentioned because not all of those exchanges are well-known and it can prove fetal for our monetary system to trust on any unknown exchange.

Such marketplaces can't be found yet because lightening networks are not been used in major quantity at least for now as they are not yet known on large scale. As far as I know, Lightening networks payment processing was launched in January 2018. The use cases of lightening networks are on a minimum scale from the date but now, majority of people are knowing the benefits of LN and hence the popularity is driving lightening networks crazy. Also we could see that a lot of scam exchanges or websites are promising to use lightening networks onto the platform but only minimum of those survive.

Starting a marketplace accepting LN payments can really be a head start to start regulating bitcoins and should be considered by any highly reputable marketplaces.

It has to be pointed out that whenever you deposit Lightning Bitcoin on Bitfinex, it posts in your account as a seperate (LNX) token. That token has to be converted to Bitcoin on the wallet page and vice versa if you want to exit through Lightning. I find it a bit weird that they don't credit it as Bitcoin right away, but perhaps there is a valid (security?) reason for that I can't think of right now.

It might not be that much of importance right now, but when the fees see a sharp increase, most people will look for an exchange with low withdrawal fees, which the exchanges that offer Lightning support can provide. Coinbase's fees peaked over 0.002BTC back in 2017 which is nuts. No way people will swallow that again while there are much cheaper alternatives available today.

I had tried to reach them to know how frequent LN is being used or how much people talks about LN in their chat/support, they promised to share the data but no luck unfortunately. I didn't yet tried with any of the exchanges and yes, the service is yet to be established. In fact, a lot of people have no idea what LN is & how it works. On top of that, very few wallet supports LN. May be, with the update of Electrum, people will get more interested with that.

As pointed out by hugeblack most of these services are not yet established, so caveat emptor! Same even goes for already established sites like Bitfinex, unfortunately.

Bitfinex might be the exchange people know from OP's list, but not one I feel comfortable using or recommending others to use it.

Coinbase will not stay behind, but there is no rush to the implementation of LN either.

They can bank on their first mover advantage and main fiat on/off ramp in the space for many more years to come. No exchange brought more capital into Bitcoin than Coinbase. I don't see that change at all.

There are some more familiar swap sites as well; for instance- hodlhodl. I didn't add some of these because I have no much information like how much nodes are they connected to , how much channel are there etc. Have tried checking in explorer with hodlhodl and its alias but I wasn't able to find.

From that list I only know bitfinex but it is still good to know there are others.

In a few years when Lightning gets adopted widely, the others won't be able to afford to ignore it anymore. Shits like coinbase will drag their feet to the last minute probably. I expect binance to be the second big LN exchange.

Most of these platforms are unknown, so it is best to avoid them, especially since many of Scam exchanges use new updated services such as the Lightning Network to convince others that they are feasible platforms.

In this thread, I'm going to list some of the exchanges/swap sites which accept payments through Bitcoin Lightning Network. I will try to add a little information of the exchanges.
Before that, I would like to add two benefits of LN implementation in the exchanges. I would appreciate hearing some more from you (Of course benefits when using LN in exchanges; not in general)

Fee: You don't have to pay higher fee anymore. Basically, when we withdraw BTC from exchanges, a common fee of 0.0005 BTC (In some cases, it's lower and higher as well). Through LN, you don't have to pay such a big amount of fee anymore. You can easily send LN BTC from channel you have with the exchange and receive Main net BTC from a lot of swap sites which will cost you few times less than 0.0005 BTC.
Faster Transaction: It's common for LN, we know how faster LN can be. You don't require to wait minutes for the confirmation when deposit. You can do it instantly.
