You got the rating because a scam accusation against you had been opened[1]. I dont patrol the auction section for these things. The rating is neutral because I dont see it as a scam, but just as a waste of peoples time.

Now I mostly check the Auction Section and there Are alot of these type of Auctions running and mostly have this type of Hidden prices set, But I dont see any Feedback on their Account.
