no clue, from the screenshot on their website, the icon/text in the left bottom will most likely change depending on whether it is syncing/offline or online.

incase you didn't read the first thread, A. you need insane processor power to crack it. B. Anything you will remember about it will decrease the brute-force difficulty by a factor of 1000 or more. Note that if you remember nothing about your passphrase, it will most likely cost more then 700 euro of processing power to bruteforce it...

Yes of course I've read firs post of that topic, I'm quite sure about the password, I probably forget only symbols like ?=! or something like that, Just would like to try but don't understand how, i saw taht I've to run a script but don't understand where and how.

In regards to your second questions, is your Wallet completely synced? Which Wallet are you using? What version does your Wallet have?

I'm using Multibit 0.4.23 but don't understand how I've to check to see if it is completely sync with network.

Hello guys,

unitl yesterday I was thinking that BTC are really smart to use; I'm starting mining with poor hardware a couple of years ago and I was able to realize 7BTC I have that into my Bitcoin-QT on my mac, never trading with them until yesterday when I try to bought from online service that accept BTC, only at this point I find out that I probably forget my Passphrase, I'm now looking at home in order to find where I've put it but in the meantime I've see that in this topic

there is script that can be run to get i back.
I really understand if this script could be run on mac and how to do that.

In the meantime I also decide to open a new wallet on my mac using Multibit. Try to transfer some BTC from my mining I saw transaction confirm

but can't see them in my wallet.

Could someone help me on this 2 things.

Thanks in advance

John
