If it is self moderated, you will see the following under the title:
None of the treads are self moderated, when you are starting the threads, check to see if you are selecting close topic instead of the self moderation option

I am having some issues with my topic here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1739298.new#new at digital goods section.
I had started this as a self-moderated topic but it doesn't show on top that it is self moderated topic like it shows in this same topic of mine https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1739309.new#new but this topic is at different section i.e. marketplace at different section.
So i wanted to know that that topic is self-moderated or not
Please help asap
