Assuming that you have the wallet file, located in your data directory for Electrum, in the wallets subfolder, you can recover the coins, regardless of you having the seed or not. If you have the seed, you can also recover the entire wallet. This is only if you generated the wallet with the seed, otherwise, you need the wallet file.

I'm just wondering...if i have my wallet.dat and wallet's password, is there a way to recover my btc on my electrum's wallet or in must need the seed?

And if i only have the seed but i haven't wallet.dat/password,can i recover my btc?
