3. The primary concern would be that it's not part of your paper backup, only in digital backups created after you imported the private keys.

You can add imported private keys to a paper backup, but you'll end with extra pages. Also you cannot be under the assumption than an already existing paper backup will cover newly imported private keys, which implies you'll have to print new ones every time.

1. Yes (double click its cell to edit)
2. (for online) Yes, it does require the blockchain. You can set the directory to be where ever you want it to be, though (e.g. I have it on a large HDD instead of my primary SSD). See the datadir and satoshi-datadir command line options at the bottom of https://bitcoinarmory.com/download/troubleshooting/

1. Can the label (comment) assigned to an address be changed after creating it?
2. Does the Armory client require the entire blockchain downloaded to function? Could I move the blockchain files from the default download directory to somewhere else?
3. Is there any safety concern when importing my private keys of my personally generated addresses from other wallet software into Armory?

1)Yes.

2)If you're in online mode, then yes, it basically does, at least if you want to do anything constructive. If you're running Armory in offline mode (i.e., for cold storage purposes and such), then no, you don't need the blockchain. You can move the blockchain files elsewhere if necessary. See #4 under "What you need to know about Bitcoin Core" for more info.

3)Depends on how paranoid you are and what exactly you mean by safety concerns.

Hi, just started using Armory and got some maybe obvious questions.

That's all for now Smiley Maybe more questions to come.
