The Bitcoin is a 'free' currency, that's it's purpose, a Legitimate Government bank would diminish this purpose :p
I dont think alot of people like the idea of a bitcoin bank, thats why there are none, plus this really should be in service discussion section

1. Bitcoin Seat
the second would be a Bitcoin Bank.
i have some pretty good ideas about it but will need lots of programming help to prevent frauds and stuffs.
the 3. is a bit[Suspicious link removed]d auction website. more like an ebay one.
there are many drawbacks but also many possibilities..
i would like to hear from you.
