Why didn’t you link up the thread "I AM HODLING" feom bitcointalk? That would better explain where the word has been originated. People now using "Hold on dear life." which I guess is a bit of misleading.

I agree that HODL is an interesting term to add.

I would also add:

  • Bull - A bull market occurs when prices are on the rise.
  • Bear - A bear market is when a market experiences prolonged price declines.
  • FOMO - Fear os missing out and losing opportunities
  • FUD - Fear, uncertainty and doubt

Nevertheless, it was a good list though there are a lot of crypto terminology threads out there. This one have some good number of new additions and explanation.

I read the OP's post history. He knows a lot and tries to learn, and today's post of course does not contain new information, but at least we see the effort here.
OP, you have enough merit you dreamed of. I gave you the tenth, for good luck. It takes experience to be the manager, but you have everything in your hands. If you start dedicating your time to learning, the knowledge that you will gain on the forum will prove valuable to you in the long run for material gain.

The list is good, but it needs more daily updating, as the terminology in this field is accelerating dramatically. For example, 4 years ago, everyone was talking about hadfork, softFork, and now the interest in such terms is less.

In general, with a simple search on Google, you will find all these terms, although I think that there is no point in knowing them, as with more experience you will know them automatically.

As mk4 already pointed out that there are many topics already on this crypto terms and their meanings or full form so you must avoid such things as repetitive content deemed to be of low quality.

But you are new here and have put on efforts to bring up something useful for members out of your way which is appreciated on your part and what i also like is the presentation for the topic along with the links to each of them.Your username is also indicates the same to what you have created

So a little advice to you is to make use of forum search feature along with profile option to make use of it in a better way like you can already know if such topics have been created or not.For your help there is link which you can have a look upon :

I admire the effort, but man this is probably one of the most re-posted topics that I've seen here besides the typical Bitcoin price prediction threads lol. The only difference being a slight difference between the listed terms.

I just collect and create a list of some necessary keyword(short-form) in this crypto sector which are almost always used in crypto world. I know that most of you people know about these words.
But the main reason of creating this thread that is there are many newcomers like me who are constantly confronted with these words but they don't know what is the  meaning of these words my purpose is to  introduce these words to them. I hope it will help the newcomers at least a little bit when they will facing them.
