Its no big deal there are lots of currencies like that it looks new to you maybe because you’re seeing it for the first time, but there are lots of blocks like that and if that amazed you, I think a google search would amaze you more

why do you think these in block 480819 are special?
i see these kinds of transactions in all the blocks. here is an example, i used the random.org to get a number between 480000 and 480819 and there is an example tx:

and why do you think they belong to blockchain.info (never used the mixing thing) but they don't support multi signature (which are the sending addresses)

Many inputs and many outputs.   They look a lot like blockchain.info's old mixing transactions.

Any news of a new mixing service?
