I like what I read here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2655.20 ("His point was that this would devalue the Bitcoin overnight as everyone moved to the new currency.")
I think this is abit similar to the argument that having multiple cryptocoins will kind of cause inflation or something... more like how they said that lack of central bank and presence of multiple" non-central banks" many decades ago in US (I think) caused inflation.
