It was my exclusion that removed Privcy Foundation from DT
The account was never on DT, because Vod lost the DT1 lottery this month.

It was my exclusion that removed Privcy Foundation from DT and trusted feedback privileges[1]. I checked before and after adding him to my distrust list.

Coolcryptovator exclusion was probably second which means for 6+ hours, only one other DT member ~PF.

Am a little surprised that it took so long for a banned account with buncha negs to get removed.  Roll Eyes

1 - yeah, you are correct!

I am yet again mixing up trust depth and dt. damn it.

I wonder if Vod's inclusion of Privcy Foundation has anything to do with his negative feedback towards OgNasty ("tax evader, liar, runs a scam called nastyfans")? At least VoskCoin and CryptopreneurBrainboss can enjoy their negs for a few hours. I suggest everyone ~Privcy Foundation as Coolcryptovator suggested above.
If it has something to do with their ongoing feud then that's bad. I however on the hand also think it could have been due to human error.
Fortunately Privcy Foundation's feedback no longer shows up as trusted feedback on my side... Maybe Vod has acted upon it.

Nonetheless, I am also going to ~Privcy Foundation

Wondering why Privcy Foundation's feedback still visible to me since already distrusted by two DT1 although vod isn't on my custom trust list.
You have Vod on your Depth 1, which means at least one person on your custom Trust list has Vod on their list. The data on this link is 2 weeks old, but still quite accurate.
This once again shows how large the effect of having a custom Trust list is (and you have 913 users on your Depth 2 too).

I have noticed it today morning. But I use DT link then realized that Privcy Foundation isn't on DT. Means someone from my custom trust list have added him. I was quite busy and didn't looked deeply. Seems vod isn't on DT1 currently, I don't know exact reason why. But I am worried about how vod added this scammer on his trust list. I don't think it would happened by mistake and vod isn't too careless about his trust list (IMO). Also add a ban user on trust list mean just make visible his left feedbacks. And this isn't reasonable enough to add that guy on DT network who is tagged by multiple DT member with valid reason. I suspect vod were tried to exclude him instead.

OP add vod on your post title then we might expect reply from him what is the reality.

Anyway distrusted (~Privcy Foundation) by me since I strongly disagree with his feedback's.

No inclusion as Vod already removed.
You're wrong.
You can test this by removing DefaultTrust and adding only Vod to your custom Trust list (use an account that isn't on DT1 for this).

The strikethrough represent only that he is banned. In order to know if a user removed a user in his trust list, a sign of "Removed" must be the one that showed up.

Correct. Note that the data dump is from earlier this morning, and happens only once a week.

It won't show up as default though because he has 2 exclusions and only 1 inclusion.

I think Vod added that person accidentally.

Beat me to it.

Probably someone added as you seen as a trusted list. Or you added someone and that person added Privcy Foundation as their trust list. Right now I noticed Privcy Foundation has not been added on anyone's trusted list who is on DT. And also he has been discluded by 2 DT.

Privcy Foundation was someone who was very shady, untrustworthy and controversial basing on the feedback and references left by some trusted members

Now today i noticed that some useless feedback he left back then has started to reflect in some user profiles as trusted feedback which could mean that someone probably in my trust network could have added him in his/her trust list intentionally or by mistake.

The user has even been banned for some months now according to bpip.org which makes me wonder why someone would add this person to their custom trust list now.

Now my questions are,
1. Is it okay to include someone who has been banned to your custom list?
2.  If anyone can help out, who could have added Privcy Foundation to their custom list(I wasn't able to see yet because Loycev trust viewer has not yet been updated at the time of checking)?
