The advice can stop this sensationalist questions which are on the edge of FUD. So yes it is the best advice of the century.

Words like "trolling" and "FUD" where invented by guys who had nothing to say in their defense. Can u imagine that I really worry about the future of Bitcoin, that's why I pay close attention to unusual things related to Bitcoin?

Those are deepbit's payments to miners.
A search for the address on the forum or even google would tell you that.
