I reported this post to be moved to Meta so that admins will notice your concern. Your next move is to sign a message from an old staked BTC address so you can prove that its still you using the old account and you want to recover. It may take time to recover lost accounts, it will not take 1 post and 1 PM to Admins, just be patient.
