are you one of those victims? well, if that's true i think the user already know the answer though. it's because of crypto transaction. you should not use them for crypto transactions in the first place, so it's a bit weird if you start protesting because you do some crypto related transactions with your account.

Since Wise (formerly TransferWise) started hating cryptos (due to their banks avoiding regulation headaches) they started delaying, pausing payments then closing accounts with no explainations.

Hi all,
Usually withdraws from binance to Transferwise are taking just several minutes. Since yesterday my withdraw did not arrive in transferwise with Sepa.
Anyone having issues with tranferwise or binance?
Thanks

Some withdrawal methods were really delayed sometimes due to various reasons such as Withdrawal Traffic (number of concurrent users that requests the same withdraw thing as you do), Binance's faulty system (sometimes they do sometimes they don't lol), and/or on the behalf of the TransferWise's backend.

If you still encounter the same issue over and over again, I would suggest that you try other withdrawal method. Most direct to debit/credit card withdrawals can experience that kind of delay and error. So yeah, try other ways. You can also try Crypto.com's card as it is supported in Visa if you are onto withdrwaing in cards.

I've researched also in Google but I dont see any similar issue that you'd face.  I saw in Downdetector site that most user of transferwise has the same problem of your and this might not only on Binance.  It might good if you contact their support as suggested above to have a clear answer of which the two of them have a problem.

I heard that it also effective if you post a comment on their Twitter account, @BinanceHelpDesk.

The best option is to contact Binance support to hold your funds in your account just in case they bounce again from Transferwise. This is a serious problem so avoid the Binance chat. It's shitty. Instead, write to them using email stating your problem and what you would like them to do

You can also try contacting them through their twitter support

Hello Gondel, i have had the same issue since last week Thursday. I withdrew a fairly large amount from Binance to Transferwise. Before no issues but now it arrived at Transferwise but they refused receival due to regulatory issues. They transferred it back to Binance but Binance bounced the amount back to Transferwise. Now it is still at Transferwise and I am afraid it will be bounced again. I cannot get to my money at Transferwise since it is in their own account apparently. Did you come with a solution?

I tried to contact Binance with some guidance how to have the money back in my account at Binance but no help. Their online chat is really horrible since last week. And transferwise is really slow in responding. I told them now to use the correct 4 digit reference code of my account AND the correct IBAN number from Binance because it is different from the account number Binance is sending money from.

However these reports are 3 months old. Have been using this method during the last 2 months without any problem for much bigger amounts. Several people did not receive their withdrawals today, hopefully it's just the Sepa taking little longer then usual. Let's see what happens on Monday.
Even if those reports are 3 months old, Transferwise stance to crypto-related transactions is clear (unless it changes). You should be prepared if your account got suspended and the money was transferred back to Binance/the sender address, if that does happen you'll probably have a hard time recovering your funds.

I suggest you look for other banks/apps to receive your money and assume Transferwise is no longer safe for crypto transactions.

I did a search on Google and did not find any similar case, which means that it is a technical error, so try to contact the support team and you may find an answer.
Most of the cases that I read, the problem was solved within 3-7 days after they contacted the support team more than once.

Also, using this method several times will reduce the possibility that you are breaking some TOS.

It seems there are some people having a delay on Binance before using Transferwise from Binance. And maybe Transferwise is rejecting your withdrawal?

Look at this one

And look at this one some said that Transferwise is rejecting cryptocurrency withdrawal.

Thanks for the answer.
