It seems that this case is rather difficult, there is a lot of evidence to be found, there must be a lot of further research. I can feel your disappointment but you have to research the team on the website, all the events must have been a lesson.
There would have been no need kicking him out of the telegram group if something shady is not going on.

I would only advise the OP to call them out on the scam accusation thread and let's see what they have to give in explanation to why token that was expected to be locked is opened to trade on fork delta. If that is not obvious on its own, that something is not right, then, I wonder what else would me.

I simply hope this is not just another scam that would lead a lot of investor’s bag holding while the team have sold out and disappeared into thin air.
Think it's a great idea to call them out on Scam accusation - thought about doing so, but realized that most guys getting into cryptos - especially those looking for the proverbial map to Eldorado - come here first. That's why I posted here. Thinking of calling them out on scam accusation, having looked into their product - and since I'm no longer vested in using their services, I think it's too much hassle, besides most new guys don't go checking scam thread for their specific ICO. Hopefully, having it here will call for greater DYOR and due diligence on hodlers part

Been following Streamity (https://streamity.org/en/) for a while now and since the ICO ended, the mod on telegram has been saying that the tokens will be unlocked after listing. Decided to fish out the smart contract and check if anything was happening on Forkdelta and behold, there were buy and sell orders: https://forkdelta.app/#!/trade/0x2e8c6bbe8e3aa834ef5a851b2cdfc52403d61b87-ETH

Decides to test the sell order and it went through... meaning contract was unlocked.

I took my findings to the admin on TG and presented the evidence to them. Next thing I know, I got kicked got - out in the cold without a word. Reached out to the other admin on BTT and no response.

Is it just me or something doesn't add up?
This is not just you. There is something shady going on and apparently, the team is simply trying to see a way they can just opt out without the knowledge of the investors.

In fact, for kicking you out of the community only for stating the obvious sounds a whole lot shady already and you would not need a soothsayer to tell you this is absolutely not a worthy project to be holding. Just follow your guts mate and thanks for sharing your experience as I believe this would be a useful one for the investors who care to know.

Creating a scam accusation thread will be good but don't hope for the best especially if you don't have necessary proof to support your accusation. Better to gather more proof like the team's credibility and other stuff that you might use throughout.

Well, kicking you out in TG just mean two things; either they think you're fudding which is prohibited or they're guilty of it.

It's mind-bogging to see such number of questions remain widely unanswered. I know the ICO/crypto market is in a delicate balance, however, the silence is very unsettling

6 months!
Now I remember... thought I was mixing up my ICOs because I clearly recall coming across the bounty sometimes late last year, but thought the sameness of all these ICOs had finally gotten to me. Now, it all makes sense.
Should have given it the wide berth it deserved

Is a bad story to hear if after six months on bounty, then it eventually won't pay up.... I can't even give myself to ico investment again after my own experience.

Icos are helping theirselves head to the rock and this is one reason the genuine ico hardly hit their target or never do.
It's a rocky situation for ICOs this year. Private investors with their massive bonuses, bounty hunters underselling each other, late investors spreading FUDs, whales manipulation, green hands getting singed... it's a jungle out there.

I think that they are in any case obliged to respond to their potential investors, even if they have problems with the site for example. It is very suspicious, maybe they want to escape and explain nothing.

In my opinion, this is some kind of unsuccessful project. ICO lasted more than 6 months, think only. They collected not so much. Well I did not invest in it

Initially i thought it was a great project and still it can be good if they come up with a high quality and advanced platform which they promised but the things that put me.off were intentionally delaying and extending the tokensale.by the team and then after waiting for so long months of tokensale they were not able to raise significant funds to what they raised in pre-sale, bounty campaign participants will also get peanuts due to 8-9 month long bounty campaign, i hooe they will do justice and clarify all these issues.

Just my opinion u can trust me or not, there it appears that sell orders are seen to have a late update 4 days ago and this can indeed happen in FD and I have also seen in the wallet address of people trying to sell the streamity in FD that they sent it 14 day -1 months ago and there is a possibility Their token is also locked in there.

The fact that I got kicked... not by a bot, but by an admin who deleted all most posts (a bot would only delete the URL I posted) and then the silence on their ANN thread speaks volume about something not being right. And researching team? This is the internet, anybody can be anybody. The only thing I can trust right now is the smart contract and the smart contract doesn't lie

Based on your findings, something definitely doesn't add up... And it's not accidental!!!

Best advice is for you to flip your tokens immediately.... ASAP....

I bought LoopX sometime early this year, I think... After the tokens were released upon successful ICO, orders flew up on EtherDelta.. Devs told us on TG that they were early dumpers and that we shouldn't sell..

Turned out it was the Devs actually selling out to those who couldn't get ICO or those who wanted to accumulate more since the ICO was tough to get...

Sales completed, Scam Exit...

I still got LoopX in my ICO wallet till date... Completely useless!!!

Wow I think your instinct already telling you that the project is total scam and they are just preparing to make an exit scam. Too bad for projects like this. They gave enough time for the promotion and they are just likely to scam people. I wonder how long did they prepare for this huge scam exit. If you're an investor you should take serious review on the teams profile. Not all that displayed on the website can be trusted sometimes they are just using fake account or using the profile without knowing that the legit owner has been used already. It always happen the profile info is legit but it was only used as props on the website of a scam ICO. This kind of reasons why the SEC are having a strict rules since lots of people are being fooled by ICOs everyday. Just hoping the streamity wouldn't  really planning to exit but judging with the OPs experience that is a lie which you should already think of.

I am not a token buyer of Streamity nor am I promoting it as a bounty hunter but I can see the promotional posts of this project in my feeds because some of my social media friends were campaigning for this project. All I can say is that I am wishing that this is just a technical glitch and the team is not really into something fishy. Otherwise, the project can be added into the many reasons why there is a big need to regulate the ICO industry as many scams have already cost millions of dollars down the drain. Again, we are hoping that we can be wrong!

Nah... It ain't a glitch; else the TG admins would have addressed it openly right away...
