He can simply say what is Right/Good/True about Bitcoin and the price goes up. Just imagine taking advantage of this by buying cheap Bitcoin and saying something right or good about Bitcoin.
I think what will make this moral is if he doesn't do that with the intention of benefitting himself (alone) or with selfish reasons.
Only what is good can move it up. Even buying up Bitcoin has to be with good intention and even with good money (money earned honestly/right). Moving the price up can be done with anything good, not necessarily with money.
You see now why money isn't everything
