I can't get past step 1. It keeps saying something about wrong password. How is the password wrong when you're just signing up!?!?!!? 2. Log out.

Tried logging in to my "old" account (created 6/20). No way no how. Could only log in to support.
Made a new account. Was able to log in.
Tried logging in via another browser. No way, no how.
Tried resetting my password on the valid login browser. Fine.
Logged out.
Can't log into my "new" account which I just created.
C'mon guys. Seriously. This is not a good sign.
EDIT: even worse is that I had just sent BTC to the "new" account. Now they're just in limbo.
