Who's to say all the avalon and BFL rigs are not online already -- just not shipped.

The network hash rate shows that's not even a slightly plausible notion.

From what I've read, all the ASIC producers are promising about 1000 terahashes of hardware.  So, that means a 10x increase in hashing power, and a 10x increase in difficulty.

I bet it'll all be here by September.

I am projecting early November for 10x difficulty... it will be interesting to see what happens during this transition period.

Hopefully you ran out a vagueness, enough misinformation gets spread already.

Don't forget about all those Avalon chips coming. And the new players claiming to have products very soon.  I honestly don't see how half of them think they are going to make any money. They better hope BFL and Avalon fail hard. KNC probably has the best chance of not folding by the end of the year.

To increase the difficulty by 1,000,000, there needs to be an increase of 7.143 Th/s. That's corresponds to:

15 x BFL Minrigs
143 x BFL 50 Gh/s
286 x BFL 25 Gh/s
1,429 x BFL 5 Gh/s

86 x Avalon 4 Module 84 Gh/s
114 x Avalon 3 Module 63 Gh/s

21,259 x ASICMiner Block Erupter USB 336 Mh/s
715 x ASICMiner Block Erupter Blade 10 Gh/s

If 1 BFL Minirig comes online per day, that will cause difficulty to increase by 1 million.
