Coinbase is also working fine in my area.

Fine here too in my side and it was running smooth. Maybe the moment you visit the site, you are point to slight disconnection from the hosting of btc-e which only runs for a few seconds. If multiple attempt of accessing the site is already done in your part, try to open that in another browser.

The only exchange I can't access so far is Coinbase.

I just tried it now and it is completely accessible in my browser. Maybe it's just your internet bein slow or try using a different browser.
Try clearing your cache perhaps.

I've been trying to get to btc-e.com and I can't reach it.
I keep getting this error:

I have also checked http://isitdownorjust.me/btc-e-com/ to see if the site was down for everyone or just me.
It says the site is up.

So, has anyone else tried btc-e.com today? Were you able to reach it? I'm quite certain it's not my browser or connection.
But I really need to get in there.
