it can be happen because of your connection,some cases you can found many people complained about the captchas hard to solve and error.
or google detecting something unusual from your computer network.
have you tried to restart your modem ?
because i did it and it works.
it's a public network ? or your personal network.
usually it can be happen for them who is using public network,they're detecting an evil spot in your network.
if you're using a public network try to move to another place or another network
