Once you understand my idiotic ramblings, you can listen to them and stop thinking at any time.  Thoughts disconnect you from the present reality, meditating gives you control over this reality and perhaps my words will change into descriptions of love, just as everyone else's.  You may also learn, no one can force you to listen to me but yourself, you're the conscious creator of your reality.

Immortality is nothing to fear, there's infinite things to do.

Reifying or deifying our foibles and externally attributing them is as old as the gods themselves. Philosophy is a son-of-a-bitch, but it's our best effort to make useful order of our perceptions.

When you conquer fear of death, what is there to fear?

The fear of being immortal and forced to listen to your idiotic ramblings for the rest of eternity.

Man instinctively acts out of ego, or fear.  I would say the total power structure that stands is a good representation of the greed and fear based reasoning.

Society functions off fear of death.  When you understand death, you understand your soul and body will remain, able to do anything, it doesn't seem so bad.

When you conquer fear of death, what is there to fear?

If Jesus was a man, the Son of God, then who, or what, is the Son of Man?

He is an anonymous, faceless businessman.  Obviously possessed of knowledge.  And free will.

He is man's creation.  A machine?  Is he immortal?

Something else?  A corporation?

Quote from: Karl Marx
Alienation is apparent not only in the fact that my means of life belong to someone else, that my desires are the unattainable possession of someone else, but that everything is something different from itself, that my activity is something else, and finally (and this is also the case for the capitalist) that an inhuman power rules over everything. There is a kind of wealth which is inactive, prodigal and devoted to pleasure, the beneficiary of which behaves as an ephemeral, aimlessly active individual who regards the slave labor of others, human blood and sweat, as the prey of his cupidity and sees mankind, and himself, as a sacrificial and superfluous being.

All of the above?
