Well, I do not know if this really true. I guess they already invested in the market. Now they are waiting to get the window open and go back again.

Tough call. Both have been portrayed as both good and bad actors. But the fact that either are investing (whether short or long) offers legitimacy the market hasn't yet had. It will be interesting if nothing else.

1. I will expect market manipulation. Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUdosc33eSE
2. We have a limited supply, people knows how to hodl. So, as long as It's not the hashrate that they are controlling, I wouldn't be worried.

The limited supply is of no concern, when shortselling is possible. You don't need people to actually sell to drive down the price. The hodlers can continue to hold, the short sellers will drive down the price through the futures market.

This is a very good news that investors like Rockfeller and Soros are investing on Bitcoin. Those who were panicking at present pricefall should have got some relief now.
Just be sure they are not starting with a short position and want to move the price as low as possible to earn as much as possible from the price drop....
If they are buying because they think that this is the lowest possible price they can buy, and the way is upwards from now on, I'll be happy with this move of their...
We'll see...

So this is good news. Financial institutions are starting to buy tokens of the cryptocurrency market, meaning that the more and more people are getting the credit.

Great, just what we need... Soros messing around with the BTC market! I hope it bites him, but have to agree that initially it could lead to a good price rise.

When the big speculators start playing the game, our best bet is to invest in coins with really good fundamentals, not the P&D coins. Check out DMD Diamond, NEM, DNotes, Steemit, SMART Cash for some good possibilities.

I'll answer few of your questions.

I have two concerns and trying to understand
1.How does billionaires entering affect the market ?
2.How does it affect the decentralization of bitcoin  ?
1. Billionaires will bring additional market to cryptocurrencies which will lead the price to increase but it will let them able to manipulate.
2. Not really, it's decentralized but they can hoard coins that will lead to manipulation.

Hi guys I read about many  traditional stock market players are entering the cryoto currency market. Like recently Soros who was famous for crashing the British pound entering is space
https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/08/george-soros-bank-of-england.asp
1.How does it affect the market?
2.He was not a believer and he has stated it before .But now does his entry mean that he planned to bring the process down by speculating and is he starting to accumulate now ?
3.Plus Rockfellers backed fund is also entering the market and billionaire Peter Thiel is also backing Bitcoin long term.

I have two concerns and trying to understand
1.How does billionaires entering affect the market ?
2.How does it affect the decentralization of bitcoin  ?

Thanks
