You're missing a URL flag for it, i'm not sure about the others but you need a -o before the url

Not with USB 3.0, from what I understand.

I'm using USB 2.0 with CGMiner 3.2.1 and it is VERY easy to get it working. I am VERY happy with CGMiner 3.2.1, so far anyway

If you download the latest version of cgminer (3.2.0) you just specify pool, user and pwd and it will discover the sticks automagically.
