In general, there's no problem in investing in cryptocurrencies or any other investment, really. The problem is that these people invested probably way too much money. You probably wouldn't see marriages being split apart if they only invested a reasonable amount. Unfortunately these people just went full FOMO. A huge huge gamble, if you ask me. They saw a sort of "way out", not taking the risks in to the equation. Hence this happens to them.

It is sad for them to lose, but same for people in all countries. It is a tough time but Korea is pushing forward with crypto developments, and more easier ways to buy bitcoin. They need to be patient and wait for the return, it will be a tough few months but just read the charts and they will see and price rise will come soon

South Korea's young people are huge fans of crypto and this recent downturn has been especially hard on them.
