Too hard to conclude at the moment, but why do you use exchanges that have poor support. Try using better exchanges next time.

I have no idea with that exchange but upon looking at it, the chat is active and there have been people that are active there so that's basically is still an on going exchange.
And have you tried contacting them and ask some help through their discord channel? I've just read it from other members so it could be where the mods or admins of are active and they've got supports to help you.
