SP4C3 plans to continue to establish the AI cloud ecosystem, continue to open source, and introduce more ecological activities to jointly build the ecosystem.

SP4 links the underlying device hardware layer, platform layer, tool chain and application layer, and promotes the realization of business application together with various ecological roles.

Meanwhile, SP4 used to pay for uploading AI tasks will be returned to developers who join in the early stage of the test, encouraging the renting of AI cloud computing power.
