Hard to say whether it is a regional service. VPN service is by definition international, and we will implement it for all in all parts of the world. Russian language on the site, but in fact all have an interpreter in the browser, is not it? We plan to add a translation into English in the near future, but at present are committed to providing the best quality of the service itself.

Is this Russian based VPN service? because I can't understand the language on website.. also its looking new and bit expensive there are loads of quality VPN services such as IPVanish, ExpressVPN, PureVPN, PIA etc that accept bitcoin and have more servers then spacevpn. The lack of an English version is a bit worrying, even though Chrome does an adequate job translating the page.
