Nuked quite a few of them.
As for whether it's worth it, really depends on the list. I tend to crack down on serial low quality shitposters rather than giveaway participants (though having gone through the list, it does seem to overlap).

It's actually not that much work, I figured out how to script it last month. I've been downloading patrol for a while, so Newbies' posts are easy to find.And then just use ctrl+f to find obirum word it will be much easier to find all those account, but that's a lot of account.
The news about obirum airdrop seems to have a huge attention from the community masses.
Definitely that needs to have some action.

The problem with manual reporting them is that I need to wait 4 seconds between reports, and I could easily find thousands of insubstantial posts on the altcoin-board.
Deal with one at a time, rather than opening a few in new tabs and then filling in the comment field. Open one in a tab, file the report and then find the next infringement and do the same. I've done this for many months now to avoid the 4 second limit and very rarely run into it since. I've spoken with mprep in the past about reporting all of the posts in the thread, or reporting one of them and stating there are many more like it, he said report every single one to make it easier.

Can we just make LoyceV a moderator? He's obviously very active in dealing with spam and has found 800 before and now found 374 users to get nuked all in one day.
It's counter productive to have him just listing this in Meta when he could be dealing with them directly.

A month ago, I got about 800 accounts nuked for spamming @AlexPromotion.
Today, I stumbled upon this thread:
After further investigation, it turns out many spammers are posting among others their Eth address for some token airdrop. This is against the rules, although quite common on the bounty board.
I created a list of all Newbies who posted the words "obirum" and "airdrop" in the 5 past days. This list has 374 unique participants.
I've only checked a few manually, they're not exclusively posting this spam: some of them post some "normal" posts, but most of them post all kinds of spam.
Question for Mods: Is this worth nuking all of them? If so, I'll keep making lists like this. If not, I won't.
