Cyrus has said just report to him if you still get any spam messagess from those newbies.

I think the forums have a bit of a bug issue, then need some fixed. I don't know as exactly this problem are some bug or nah
A few hours ago I got 2 messages, when I see there are 2 username that give the link suddenly, where their position is newbie. Maybe the picture will clearly explain it. Then I tried to refresh the inbox page, and the message disappeared Huh
