Twitter bounty is not against forum rules and I didn't find anything in rules about posting twitter reports.
I actually don't see difference between your telegram reports and his twitter reports, it only looks like he is doing more work than you do, nothing else.

i see theres alot of people spamming their weekly campaign in the same thread more than 3 times a week.
its anoying but it seem they are okay.

i get it so based on your opinion. we can spam report more than 3 times a week in the same thread??
think about this. lets say i have joined 5 twitter/facebook bounty campaign.
i do report 4 times a week every single campaign
so 4 x 5 = 20 post report a week with alot of spam quote and can takes a half page for a single post!!!
no quality post to read which takes up a lot of space!! can you imagine about that?? is that worth to be allowed?
+ iam not talking about bounty rules. so is it not considered a spam and breaking this forum?
