Is it possible to make a local rule, like "digaran is not allowed to post in this thread"?
Not when your thread is not self moderated. You can always create a self moderated thread with a local rule that says diagran is not allowed to post here. They wouldn't post in the thread knowing their posts will be deleted anyway.

Anyway, that thread is nuked.

Yes it is possible,...
The best solution is, if you stop trolling with your non-sense logics. Here is an example:

Like there is no chance for the real marlboroza to give you access to his wallets? very convincing sir detective of the year.
Seriously dude!
i.e: If I give my wallet access to someone then that someone will be representing me, my next of kin. S/he can access anything of mine, my bank, my wealth, my property, everything! S/he is ME in other words! I can change the email to my wife's one, I can change the email to my kids one, no one will see anything wrong with that. Do you even realize how stupid it sounded when you said that? I guess, you don't. Most of your logics are kind of same.

He is a piece of suggestion for you: Do something which does not annoy others.

@OP, don't bother digaran, I have full trust in your investigations and I am sure others (most) will have the same.

Yes it is possible, a mod just deleted my post on marlboroza's thread to make sure that scammers could easily read his guidelines on how to get away with scam advertising.

You could've reported them on meta, reputation is for trust related stuff and not moderation stuff, you should know that by now.

I did report the OP, but it's very inconvenient to use the moderator report button with a bunch of alts with details and so forth, so that's why I made this thread.  I even stated here that I'd like a moderator to look into my claims and perhaps ban them.  Not surprisingly, digaran missed this because he consistently:

a) doesn't read past the first sentence
b) doesn't read at all
c) misinterprets what he does read
d) can't read
e) trolls
or
f) some combination of these things.

I looked into those members I mentioned and not surprisingly they all seem to so far have posted in the same threads, more or less.  I have no doubt they're alt accounts, but I'd like a moderator's opinion on this.

What would you want from us here man? nobody cares about their reputation, report their posts if they are breaking forum rules, when I say that you have problem with English skills of forum members, here is my evidence. your actions would only discourage newbies from joining crypto community, stop it please.

I don't usually make threads about this, but these motherfuckers are pissing me off.

There's a current thread (the alts are still posting in it and I don't know if they're done) where multiple accounts, all registered on 6/30/18 in the morning hours, all with the same broken-English style, all usernames in the same "style", and all of them posting with annoying line-breaks, are posting nonsense in a nonsense thread that doesn't even make sense.  The accounts so far are:

                                Registered
franziskakuhn            6/30/18  8:36 am
tanzaholzmann          6/30/18  9:02 am
heikeweib                  6/30/18  8:03 am
utapapst                   6/30/18   7:47 am
danielafink                6/30/18   8:21 am
marianabeiber           6/30/18   7:33 am

The other members who posted in that thread are also shitposters, but the registration dates don't match the pattern, so who knows.  Can a mod maybe take a look at this?  I think this rises to the level of a ban, but that's not my call.
