I've just received a spam from Las BitVegas sent specificly to the unique address i had on 'Gox during the time the database was leaked.
My address was on that list too, but I didn't receive the spam. Maybe because I'm already active on their site, idk. (Assuming you mean bit vegas, the minecraft bitcoin casino?)

Unfortunately, it's illegal. If what the OP says is true, than I would have no use for its site. Spam is spam no matter how much lipstick you put on the pig.
