I agree the begging has gotten out of hand, even perpetual "rain requester" Kyle was complaining about it at one point.

Hopefully so, probably not, about the more serious moderation. I've seen other rain requesters, but they don't spam every minute :/ Especially when others have told marcotheminer repeatedly to stop.
