Most on the accounts listed are part of the cryptotalk campaign, you should report this to the manager if you feel they are spamming.

Here's the thread for you List of banned participants in the Cryptotalk Campaign

I do not think that the results of this vote will be binding on the forum, just as you did not refer to specific cases, but rather to the entire account posts.
If you see a clear violation of Bitcointalk rules, report it to the mods and they will deal with it.
Posts that are classified as spam differ from case to case, so report cases you suspect are spam.

You should change the option1 in your poll because non-newbie accounts can't be nuked.
Replace it with "ban" instead, since excessive spamming is a ban-able offence.

Link: (only newbies can be nuked).

1) Stop creating a throwaway account to report spammers. No one is going to tag your account for a good cause.
2) There is a thread dedicated to reporting spammers from the CryptoTalk campaign  here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-banned-participants-in-the-cryptotalk-campaign-5188200

3) I haven't really checked out their posts but if you can find some spam posts, you should quote them in your thread to save our time.

maybe I will follow the campaign if the coin is already listed on the exchange or already has value, for now people are no longer interested in the ICO campaign, for airdrops, many may still join because of their simple tasks, Your project should provide a web wallet because people will avoid downlad purses.

I found this user spammer but rest seems just okay to me as I haven't really scanned their previous posts yet.
