Hi guys. I remember that I used to play some typical Spanish card games, played with the Spanish set of cards, such as "Brisca", "Tute" and what is possibly the biggest contribution ever made to fun by Spain: el "Mus". Most of these games are not as much bet oriented as Poker and perhaps they are too simple to create a culture around them as Texas Hold'em has generated, but "Mus" is really fun to play and it links quite well with betting. Does anyone if there is any casino out there in which I can gamble at mus with bitcoin?
there are countries that has their Own card game specialized and in Asia we have also Card games that has not been available in any crypto gambling site,
so i think having read those answers above? it looks like there is no chance for now of having casino that offers Mus with bitcoin betting (or at least even Fiat)?

Actually just now that i come to browse the game and this card game is not familiar in mine, but looks like interesting to play.

This is the one, interesting to see it has a Wikipedia article. I am not sure if it is played only in Spain. It is quite known that it has the origin in the Basque country, it is usually played between 4 players, teamed up in pairs, although it can be played by 6 or, I think even 8 people, but those are not the standard ones. The Mus championships are very frequent in many regions of Spain and there tends to be one wherever there is a celebration as much as there are kids tournaments of different games. It is quite traditional.

It is played, as far as I remember, with 2 Spanish decks. The threes and kings are considered kings, the Ace and twos are all aces and have a value of 1. For each round they play grande, chica, pares (pairs) and 31. Bets are on each of these "juegos". It has nothing to envy poker in fun and betting.

It is very interesting to see this game Mus, however, days ago here we experimented with playing Rumi with the Spanish cards and the experience was very good, it was not something that was left out, of course the only question is that to play Rumi with a Spanish deck, not It must be more than 3 people, otherwise it has to have one more mass so that the good combination of threesomes and streaks can be generated, otherwise it would be very complicated.
Of course it is just an experiment, I don't know if they have also played Rumi that way, although as I said before, for me the best deck card game is "Vigía."

I am not familiar with that game called Mus. I think it is only popular among local players. If it has reached international level as a gambling game, it should have already been offered among casinos in other countries outside Spain. Or perhaps is there probably another name for it? Is it possible that Mus is just its local game and there is actually an international name for it? But if it is only popular in your country, you might find a certain casino based in Spain that offers that particular game.

I am not a fan of card games, but I was intrigued by this one and looked into the mechanics of the game. The mechanics are straightforward, but there is a pointing system that needs to be learned, so it is not as simple as it appears, but it is still worth a try. Also, the cards are very different from the usual card games, and it can be a little confusing at first, but there are still numbers on them, so it is still easily distinguishable. I'm not sure what the images are meant to represent, but I believe they represent something important in that country.
Maybe if we only see the lesson for that card game, it will look as easy, but I think it will have the same difficulty level as the other card games type. I think the rules will also differ the first time we play but after playing for some time and we can familiarize ourselves playing that card game, we can use or search for the right method that can give us a chance to win. I did a little search on Google and see this game is available on PlayStore but I did not try to install or see how it looks like as the language is Spanish Grin

Traditional game which is popular in one or few specific countries only is hard to find in global online casino especially in crypto world because it will not be profitable for the casino to provide such game if the players come from few countries only. Coming up to the game you are referring to, it is the first time I heard about it. I've been in this online gambling since more than 10 years ago (both fiat and crypto) but I have never seen/heard any casino provide this game.
First time I heard it too remembering different card games you can play in actual face to face with setting up your own rules. There are online games referring to it when we search it but not made for actual money game, it can be good for play time but not for gambling. There are also card games in my country that is not applicable yet in casino but are already played online via applications.

I cannot teach you how to play Mus as I am not familiar with Spanish card games and only read about them. In general I am surprised to play Mus as in this game players are in the same team communicate a lot with each other and it is not a violation of rules. I have not seen such card games in my country.

~snip~

There is such a huge number of card games that gamblers live in different countries that it is even impossible to remember them all. I personally first heard about this Spanish card game. It is approximately the same if I listed some card games which are played in Russia. A lot of people would have heard them for the first time.

Each country does have their own local games specially on several variety which hadnt been known on every corner of the world which it isnt surprising that it might neither be
new into our ears or something that we had been able to hear before.

Im not really that much aware of Spanish card games though but for sure that would really be interesting to play if ever you do
know on how to deal with it.

One of the great games that I always liked, tute, and there is another one that is very good called Ajiley, I think that the casinos don't have them, they only have games with the American deck, to be able to play poker, black jack, but it is very good Spanish card games, it would be interesting if a casino or platform could put these games, it would be a wonder to be able to play it online, or better yet a good PVP tournament to warm up engines. I know that there are many more games, but I like what can be done with these cards, because there must be a control for these mass games, so order is not lost and there is a born winner, and the good thing is that you can play up to a score of 100.

I've heard about this game but never played this game and I'm not even into it because it's a traditional game in some countries.
even now I feel that there are no online casinos that provide this game because this game is only identical and can be found in only a few countries.
although there may be, of course, only in local casinos in some areas where the games are popular there

Does it have different name?

Most card games have different names locally but are simply the same as other countries, maybe OP should just put what other names do these games have because googling them doesn't appear. Blackjack has a different name in other countries but basically the same. It's not like Chinese checker that it's basically named that way because nothing like it but only as a traditional game. Nothing like it in other countries.

You said that it doesn't have that much bet orientation as poker so I am pretty sure that there's not a lot of casinos that are accepting them or even hosting them, maybe if it got introduced to bigger audience then we might see it get the recognition it deserves.

I'm afraid there's none, because most of the games that gambling sites offer are those games that are known by many, so that they could make a lot of profits in order to make their business keep on going. So if you wanna play that MUS game you were saying, look for someone there in your area that has Bitcoin as well and ask him to play with you using Bitcoin as your bet.

I will also bet that every casino establishments will prefer to put a game where many people know how to play it rather than focusing on a specific game that not many people know how to play it. As same as many of us here I am not also familiar with Spanish cards but it will be good if some or many of the casino establishment located in Spain have a game available for players looking for the said type of card games.

This is my first time hearing all this games but I have seen those type of cards. Not the typically used in poker and blackjack right?
Maybe it's the way to understand the game which is why we cannot see them in famous betting sites. If less people will support it then they won't open any line and put efforts in even making a team to maintain it.
But yes, I would like to see how it goes and maybe learn it. Something fresh to get away from the traditional card games.

I'm not familiar with this Spanish game and maybe that's one reason it will not be in any crypto games, because it is not popular.

Indeed. And maybe just like you, many are not also familiar with it. Even I, myself, am not familiar with it, and that is crucial to be considered in deciding what games to include in casinos.

Spanish card games sound interesting though I haven't heard any specific game about it before. I believe there's no available Spanish card game in any crypto supporting online casino today but if there would be more players who would suggest it or get hooked to it, I'm sure that some casinos would try offering it for the benefit of their users just like other local card games.

I have a lot of friends in Spain and I go there often but never heard of these games.
I think you might have a much better chance of finding these games online by creating a thread like this in spanish local board here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=27.0

These card games might be regional, but that doesn't mean that no one else in the world can't learn the rules and play such games.
The problem is that online casinos are focused towards being as convenient as possible for the gamblers.
This means that no online casino is going to bother launching new games, that have rules, which most of the gamblers aren't familiar with.

That’s correct. Casinos will still be practical and choose those games that are familiar by the majority, because if they do such then they would be able to cater the many and will have more players. Particularly, online casinos would select those games that are known and are actually played internationally, considering that they have a wider target audience since the internet is a universal platform. Still, there are those casinos that might have those games mentioned above.

True, so they are going to list the most popular games that are being played around the globe or at least majority knows it. We also have local games but I do remember it being played in one casino but not sure  if it still listed or not because it was wayback like 2018-2019.

And with that said, I'm not familiar with this Spanish game and maybe that's one reason it will not be in any crypto games, because it is not popular. But thanks to the OP for bringing this local games though.

As you said it's true, the most famous Spanish card gambling game and always loved by many people and the most popular is the option (Mus), in addition to having skills, outsmart and can also change the competition and can also outsmart the competitors in the Spanish game.

I admit, if you have ever played the game of mus options or Spanish cards, you are already a great person in the game of poker with what skills you have as I said above, for that we feel ashamed to answer your questions below:

Does anyone if there is any casino out there in which I can gamble at mus with bitcoin?

I think you know better which gambling site offers games like Spanish cards or Mus.

However, if so, take a look at one of the sources below, who knows, it might be suitable for you.

Anyway, having new card games might be a breath of fresh air in the gambling industry.I got bored of poker games.

There are many local games in many countries and individual regions.  But all over the world, only a few of them are widespread, for example poker or table tennis competitions.  For example, in every village in India, people play the game of throwing pebbles into holes.  And the rules are different everywhere.  So it is simply impossible for regional games to be featured in crypto casinos operating around the world.  Such games will simply not be in demand by the bulk of the players.  And no one will spend money on software for such a game.

I am not familiar with the card game you mention because I am sure the rules and things will be different from the other traditional card games. Maybe you will not find the card game you mention because the name will be different but it could be similar to the card game you search for. I can only give a suggestion to you that it is better you check on the reputable casinos that have card games so you can get the card game you want.

I guess you tried it before opening the thread, but googling it doesn't bring up anything. If I search only for "mus" some results appear but I guess that if you want it with Bitcoin it will be difficult as it is a local game. I think it is unlikely for a bitcoin site to offer the game as it will be difficult to make profits out of it.

I haven't heard about this card game earlier. It is a regional game that is being played over a specific location. Same as this different forms of card games are available. As said, these games are connected to the culture. People sit ase groups and spend time playing it. Only the common card games known to the world were available with every gambling platform. Maybe you can get access on a regional gambling service render whose service is limited within Spain.
