Since it is sponsored by Airbitz, it is likely that the use of bitcoin will be centered around the use of this app. The idea of having a online course is good. Do they accept bitcoins for the course fee?

A 2-day course? I wonder what you can learn in that time. It's much too long to learn how to make transactions, and it's way too short to learn about blockchain tech... I doubt there'll be many students but I guess it's a good idea to promote the university.

Well i guess they will have a feedback from their students on that, see the interest and prolly they will add it in their schedule, but from nothing it is a very good point, bitcoin needs fresh ideas from young people..but wait.. if you are a nerd (the good way) and you dont know already bitcoin.. you have failed from the start !  Cheesy

This is pretty interesting. I can imagine Bitcoin being incorporated into other university economics courses more in the future in some form or another.

Are they recording this so others can access it online?
I'd definitely like to know what their course covers and what they do it it (two days is a sort eriod of time, but could also be considered to be quite an in-depth thing)!

Also, does anyone know of any good online courses that can teach people about Bitcoin and help people to give recommendations to local companies and to learn more about it themselves.

that is very nice to hear. that is such a good new. but i am confused that either bitocin is such a difficult form which is needed to be taught in universities.
Most people in the U.S. can't do simple math--of course you could teach a whole course on bitcoin.  Doesn't surprise me at all and yes,  this is very cool.  Wish someone would do it in the states.

Great start and good introduction to cryptocurrency world for everyone. Albeit, I don't know any of the speakers, but I am sure they know more about bitcoin than myself.
If this event will be successful then maybe we will see regular cryptocurrency classes or courses soon, and not only in Spain?
