@OP, when creating your wallet you might accidentally checked "Use passphrase" box and entered password to harden you SEED phrase as well as encrypted you wallet with password. Thus if don't like to enter password twice restore wallet with your SEED and choose one of the two  opts- either use password to  encrypt wallet or use it to harden SEED phrase.

Sparrow Wallet only asks for a passphrase twice once you've done that it should not ask again for the passphrase.

It would have been a good thing for some users because if you enter the wrong passphrase, the wallet will open with the keys of the wrong passphrase, but annoying for me because I did not requested for the extra security.

If you didn't add this passphrase you might accidentally add a passphrase during importing/generating the BIP39 seed on Sparrow take note that space(whitespaces) is considered a character and you might accidentally tap the space bar on your keyboard.

If I'm right then you can re-import your seed backup and leave the passphrase empty make sure no extra spaces on that box and then just add a password after you apply.

Are you using the latest version of Sparrow wallet? It was reported as a bug and appears to have been resolved here https://github.com/sparrowwallet/sparrow/commit/902243839749d1693eb93b3a1161f41d37d354a0
I have just downloaded the wallet yesterday and the it is the current version which is 1.8.0.

Upgrade to 1.8.0 and your problem will be solved.

Code:
As of 9022438:

Password field cannot be empty on encrypted wallet load
The passphrase will not be re-requested on importing a BIP39 wallet
Empty passphrases will be shown as "No Passphrase" in the seed view dialog

Anytime I open Sparrow wallet, I will enter the password. After I enter the password, the next is that I will have to enter my BIP39 passphrase. It will state it like this:

Code:
Enter the BIP39 passphrase for keystore: BIP39

Under it is the master fingerprint.

I think I did something wrong while importing my seed phrase. Is there anything I can do that Sparrow will not ask me to enter the passphrase anytime I just open the wallet. I prefer only the password.

Or probably I will have no other option than to reimport the seed phrase and the passphrase.
