"Jawhead999" have already provided a list of scam accusations which are related with this project and your one is going to make that list slightly bigger. After having multiple scam accusation i don't think anyone will waste their time & money on a project like this. Sorry to say that your accusation is incomplete and without proper evidences its quite difficult to understand what actually happened with you.
Please edit your thread by including information like wallet screenshot, transaction details, chat history etc. After seeing a complete scam accusation with all related evidences thread visitors will not give them another chance like you.

On April 19, 2019 I sent from my Nano wallet 5978 Xem to my spectrocoin wallet. unfortunately I typed the wrong message. since that day spectrocoin has opened a ticket and despite having tried several times to explain to them that i have the typed message and the Block Hash they keep telling me that I can't do anything. I only ask that those funds be sent back to the sender or unlocked on my spectrocoin wallet.
They are proving totally unsuitable for managing people's funds and do not have the slightest interest in helping their account holders
I spoke to administrators of the xem foundation and the xem movement and everyone agrees that they are cheating me because they are in the availability of my funds and do nothing to get them back. can I do something to unlock the situation? please help me
