Excuse because I know $100 can be a lot of money for some people but do you really think they would scam users for just 100 bucks? Then they are pretty bad to scam people.

Yes agreed. I would wait for spectrocoin's support to respond first before making a judgment on whether or not OP is really being "scammed" here. And even though spectrocoin's reputation isn't something to admire at at all, I still strong doubt that they would be scamming a user for $100.

From what OP has shown they are delaying a simple deposit for no reason. I agree with you LeGaulois because I find it highly unlikely that they would not even bother explaining what the issue is, unless they have inexperienced, terrible support staff.

I see that you made a previous deposit to the same address: 991071bdf336979513bb46eefcc0cc08cb24f76e80b30242a4095c79fe1f6640.

Did that deposit go through normally or did it never hit your account or had some sort of problem before hitting your account? You could use that as proof that the address previously worked, but it's not working right now.

From your screenshots I can see that one of the support agents said that "we will solve this issue". It's been 3 months and they still haven't solved it, apparently. Even if it was some error they should let you know, and give you an ETA on when the funds will reach you. The value of your BTC has already depreciated by more than 50% since the day you sent it, which IMO is partially their fault as well.

That is really worrying as it seems that their support does not know what they are doing, and that they cannot make you wait for a month to receive your own funds which should have been got in few hours. Can you post the txid of the transaction, because it would be just too much to write all of the data by hand.
I wish that spectrocoin team would address this here on the forums, but i doubt it as their cards have been declined as well during the WaveCrest Holdings Ltd. ban.



If i were you, i would make as much noise as possible hoping that they will return your money.

If the support is not responding to you, then you should talk to the admin directly.

PM this person: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/vytautask-317543. Link him to this thread or include all your screenshots in your PM with him, and he should hopefully be able to prioritize this case for you since you've been waiting for such a long time.

It's weird though because if you deposited to the correct address, everything should be automated for a BTC deposit.

Are you sure that you deposited to the right address? Can you provide a txid for the transaction you sent to Spectrocoin?
